Meet Marlene

I’m a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and coach who supports women navigating post-menopause—a stage of life that’s deeply transformative and still largely ignored.

I hold a diploma in Holistic Nutrition from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (RHN), and over the years I’ve coached men and women of various ages through weight changes, low energy, sleep issues, stress, libido shifts, and a wide range of mind–body challenges.

But my focus didn’t truly clarify until I lived it.

When I entered perimenopause, I was struck by how little acknowledgement, education, or meaningful support existed. The symptoms felt mysterious, often intense, and poorly addressed. Through trial, error, education, and holistic approaches, I found natural solutions for many of what I—and other women—were experiencing. I began sharing what I was learning, first with women I knew, and then with women I didn’t.

As more conversation and information around perimenopause started to emerge, I noticed something else: once women were through menopause, they seemed to disappear from the conversation entirely.

Post-menopause is a profoundly underserved stage of life.

Many women still experience lingering symptoms—changes in weight, sleep, energy, libido, motivation, and mood—while also carrying the responsibilities of kids leaving home or in college, aging parents, and a deep inner pull to do something more meaningful with their lives. Sometimes that means reinvention. Sometimes it means healing. Often, it means both.

Very few people are speaking to this experience.

Because I could relate so deeply, and because I could see the gap so clearly, I chose to make post-menopause transformation the focus of my work.

I’ve now helped dozens of women find holistic, sustainable solutions for mind, body, and spirit through one-on-one coaching, group programs, and online courses. I’ve spoken on panels, webinars, and podcasts, and I continue to develop a dedicated program specifically for post-menopausal women who want to feel strong, clear, confident, and connected in this chapter of life.

This work isn’t about “fixing” women.

It’s about supporting them through one of the most powerful transitions of their lives—with education, compassion, and real tools that work.

Begin your journey towards a happier and more fulfilling life by taking the first step today.
