The 5 Day Meditation Challenge is a free program designed to help you get started with a regular meditation practice.
The challenge starts May 15th and is finished on May 19th
AM Meditations start at 12:00pm EST
PM Meditations start at 8:30pm EST
Show up as you are for a 30-minute session including a 15-20 minute meditation
Each day, you'll receive a guided meditation and a daily challenge to help you stay on track
The challenge is designed to help you build a habit of meditating every day and to help you learn the basics of meditation
